our sweet goodness...

Export Brand - Greenstone Honey New Zealand

Manuka (75 MPC)
Our flagship product, MPC stands for Manuka Pollen Count. As well as meeting the New Zealand standard for Mono-floral Manuka Honey, our Manuka 75MPC honey has a Manuka flower pollen count of at least 75%. The pollen is collected by the bees when they visit the flower along with the Manuka nectar itself.
Manuka 250 MGO
MG (Methylglyoxal) is a chemical naturally found in some Manuka that gives it "Activity". Some brands use UMF™ as a useful guide to activity usually expressed as 5+,10+,15+ etc. Our 250MG Manuka Honey is equivalent to 10+ UMF. 250MG is guaranteed and certified to have at least 25mg per KG of Methylglyoxal.
Manuka 500 MGO
500MG is the closest equivalent to 15+ UMF. 500MG is guaranteed and certified to have at least 500mg per KG of Methylglyoxal. Whilst it is hard to detect a difference in the flavour between this honey and our Manuka 250MG, it's antibacterial properties are higher. Our 250MG and 500MG are sourced from North Island beekeepers in New Zealand.
Beechwood (Honey Dew)
Bold tasting, deliciously dark runny honey. Also known as Honey Dew, our Beechwood Honey is collected by bees from the native Beech forests in the South Island. Beechwood honey naturally stays liquid and is a favourite amongst our customers from the Middle East. Beechwood Honey contains natural antioxidants and is beginning to gain a reputation for aiding digestion as a pre-biotic.
Kamahi
Rich and complex, Kamahi is fast growing a global reputation for its full flavour and diverse uses. We source our Kamahi honey from the West Coast of the South Island where the Kamahi trees form a beautiful canopy high up above the rainforests. Kamahi's strong flavour lends itself to cooking and baking and it is revered by chefs all over the world.
Rata
Exquisitely delicate native bush honey from the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island. Rata is notoriously hard to collect because it only flowers well every 3-7 years. Rata is quite light in colour with a delicious buttery and almost salty taste. This is Ben's favourite honey.
Dandelion
Unique, lively and refreshing, Dandelion Honey is like no other! It has been used for centuries as a remedy for gastric issues and is highly sort after. Ours is sourced from producers in New Zealand's beautiful North Canterbury, near Christchurch.
Thyme
Strongly herbal and floral, Thyme Honey is a wonderfully distinct type of honey. Sourced from a very small, concentrated area in Central Otago in New Zealand's South Island, where Thyme was first introduced in the early settler days by miners. Light in colour but strong in taste, Thyme Honey is fabulous for cooking and flavouring.
Clover
Creamy and smooth, Clover Honey is New Zealand's most common honey type and is found on breakfast tables throughout the country. As with all of our honeys, we source our Clover Honey from producers with integrity who implement sustainable practices.

Honey Drops

Designed to soothe coughs but just as delicious as every day sweets! We currently have these drops available in Manuka, Manuka with Lemon, Manuka with Echinacea and Manuka with Blueberry, but we are happy to formulate a flavour and packaging to suit your market needs.

Domestic New Zealand Brand - Honey Inc.

Kanuka
Kanuka, Manuka's smaller (by fame, not stature) cousin, gives a rich, caramelly taste that keeps you coming back for more. With a reputation for being beneficial for healthy skin, Kanuka is often used in cosmetics, with some of our customers even applying our honey straight from our jars to their faces!
